  3. When you proceed to checkout, kindly provide the necessary information on the order form.
  4. Once you are done, the system will generate your login details along with your order and delivery charges.
  5. You will receive an email verifying your account and the updates of your order.
  6. Once the team is notified and your payment is confirmed, your order will immediately be processed and delivered to you.
  7. You will also be receiving updates from our rider so you can track your orders.
  8. Rest assured, your package will be handled with care.

We are open to serve you from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily.

The minimum order is 500 Php

Yes, you will be charged an 8% convenience fee from your total purchase. This will be added to the delivery fee.

We are a distance based delivery service provider and our base delivery fee is P99.00 for the first 3 km and an additional P15.00 for every succeeding km.

For all FELCRIS orders, all riders will be dispatched at 11:30am (for orders received after cut off at 4:00pm) and 3:00pm (for all orders received during the current workday)

For all OTHER vendors, your orders will be processed as soon as your orders and payments are confirmed.

We accept the following:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Online Bank Transfer
  • Gcash
  • Over the Counter Payments

Currently, we are not accepting credit card transactions.

Upon ordering, you will receive emails giving you updates on the status of your order until your delivery is completed.

 However, once you have placed an order, we will deliver based on the address you have provided. 

Please make sure the information is true and accurate.

We have our own fully equipped and trained in-house delivery team that will service your orders.

We are an online marketplace and delivery service provider; hence we do not have our own products.

At the moment, our partner vendors are our main focus. We will expand our delivery services in the future.

Return and Refund

Yes. However, refunds are subject for investigation to determine the cause of error.
